Yıldız Holding's story began in 1944 in Istanbul with biscuit production. Today, we reach 4 billion people across 5 continents with over 300 brands offering food and snack products, along with retail operations present in every corner of Turkey.

Rooted in Turkey and branched out to various geographies around the world, we proudly represent our country on the global stage, carrying the honor of being Turkey's "Yıldız" — its "Star".

With 82,000 employees — the majority based in Turkey — we continuously strive for better. We operate 45 factories, 20 of which are abroad, producing a wide range of goods from biscuits and chocolate to frozen food and packaging.
