Yıldız Holding’s Acceleration Program launched to support start-ups has started the investment phase. Organized in cooperation with Sente Foundry, the program has completed its first term in online environment due to Coronavirus precautions. The second term will start in June.

Yıldız Holding’s Acceleration Program designed to support start-ups will invest in three start-up companies. Organized in cooperation with Yıldız Holding’s global business partner Sente Foundry, the program selects entrepreneurs who are expected to create solutions in marketing and retail technologies, supply chain technologies, and consumer experience.

Stating that a pre-selection was made among 500 applications, Yıldız Holding Board Member Yahya Ülker said: “We had a very productive 6-week session that started in February, in cooperation with our business partner Sente Foundry that brings entrepreneurs from all over the world together with enterprises. During the process, we not only heard the projects of seven start-ups that successfully passed certain stages, but also acted as mentors to them by sharing the experience of Yıldız Holding and its companies. Then we selected three start-ups and decided to invest in them within the scope of the program. In the next term, we plan to continue our support for start-ups and benefit from their contribution to Yıldız Holding companies with innovative projects and ideas.”

Start-ups selected to attend Yıldız Holding Acceleration Program are VibeVision, TradeMonday and DeepNeep.

During the second term (planned to start in June 2020), the program will focus on food raw materials, new products and packaging.
