Mutuş: We aspire to be a role model for the business world in equal opportunities

Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform Ambassador Begüm Mutuş said: “We wanted to address the topic of equal opportunities with a more corporate approach at Yıldız Holding, which has been emphasizing equal opportunities since the day it was founded. Thus, we established Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform last year. Through this platform, we aim to implement projects that will contribute to the building of an egalitarian, pluralistic, and inclusive social order. We aspire to be a significant role model for our stakeholders, our society, and the business world by sharing our performance and goals in the area of equal opportunities. As is known, we, as Yıldız Holding, created Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment Manifesto to share our approach to equal opportunities. As part of this Manifesto, we made commitments in several areas, namely ‘Discourse’, ‘Business Environment’ and ‘Cooperation’ and created our strategy roadmap which includes the actions to be taken in these three areas. In our report, we share the guidelines of this strategy and our goals with the public.”
