Ülker Announces Its 2025 Full Year Financial Results

Maintaining its leadership in the food sector in Turkiye and its regional strength, Ülker Bisküvi* announced in its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it closed the year 2025 with arevenue of 112 billion TL.
The company completed the past year with an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) margin of 16.5%.
In 2025, a year marked by global economic fluctuations and geopolitical uncertainties that affected everyone, Ülker Bisküvi continued its path in an agile, efficient, and innovative manner despite all challenging conditions, by closely following the changing needs and expectations of its consumers and making its investments.
Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı noted that their "5M Happiness-Based Growth Model," created with an understanding of "stable, competitive, profitable, sustainable, and human-oriented growth" based on the "Make happy, be happy" philosophy, serves as a guide for a sustainable future.
Stating that they deliver "Made in Türkiye" labeled products to more than 100 countries, Kölükfakı said, "In 2025, we continued to add value to the national economy with our production power, innovative brands, modern production infrastructure, exports, and the employment we created. We are developing innovative products in our R&D centers by combining the transformation in consumer habits, digital trends, and new motivations in the snack category with science, data, and technology. 55 new products took their place on the shelves in Turkey."
Expressing that they showed a successful performance by being in the top 3% globally among food companies according to S&P Global's Corporate Sustainability Assessment, Kölükfakı continued his words as follows: "In the environmental, social, and governance performance evaluation conducted by the international financial analysis and reporting organization London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), we won the world championship for the third time by receiving the highest score among 504 publicly traded food companies as of December 2025. We also ranked first for the third time among all sectors traded on Borsa Istanbul. These results are a strong indicator of the long-term, consistent, and focused approach we have adopted at Ülker in the environmental, social, and governance areas.
