A significant change of position has taken effect at Penta Teknoloji, which supports Turkey’s digital transformation, as well as contributing to the strengthening and development of many sectors through technology. Fatih Erünsal has been appointed as the new CEO of Penta Teknoloji.

According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP); Penta Teknoloji Deputy General Manager for Sales and Marketing Fatih Erünsal has been appointed as the new CEO of Penta Teknoloji. Having played a significant role in the company’s accomplishments, Mürsel Özçelik, the founding partner and former CEO of the company, will continue working as an Executive Board Member in the upcoming period.

Having started his career in Yıldız Holding’s IT group companies in 2003, Fatih Erünsal managed the retail operations, as well as the import and distributorship processes of Hızlı Sistem during his tenure as the Sales and Marketing Manager of the company since 2007. He played an active role in the merger of Penta Bilgisayar and Mersa Sistem in 2012, which was an important merger for the industry, and in the acquisitions of the companies Medyasoft, Ekip Elektronik, Beyaz İletişim, Sayısal Grafik, and Exper in the following years. During his tenure as the Deputy General Manager for Sales and Marketing since 2017, Fatih Erünsal has taken part in the public offering process of Penta Teknoloji in 2021 and contributed to its successful completion.
