A senior appointment has been made at Yıldız Holding’s Financial Directorate.  Having assumed various roles in Group companies for 18 years in the past, Fahrettin Günalp Ertik has re-joined Yıldız Holding as the CFO.

To manage all financial processes of Yıldız Holding, which has a total revenue of TL 65 billion, Mr. Ertik will play a major role especially in reaching the growth and profitability goals.

Fahrettin Günalp Ertik has been appointed as YILDIZ Holding CFO. With a track record of long and successful years at Yıldız Holding, Mr. Ertik will act in coordination with all business units to support the Holding in achieving its growth and profitability goals.

After graduating from Bilkent University Department of Management, Fahrettin Günalp Ertik started his career as a Financial Controller at Finansbank. Between 2002 and 2019 he worked at Yıldız Holding as Internal Auditor, Kellogg Finance Manager, Ülker Finance Coordinator, Food Group Finance Coordinator, Food & Beverages and Retail Group CFO, Besler General Manager, and Önem Gıda Vice President. Having implemented major projects throughout his career at Yıldız Holding, Mr. Ertik completed INSEAD Leadership Program in 2011, then studied finance, sales, marketing, and leadership at Wharton Business School and Kellogg School of Management. Before re-joining Yıldız Holding, Mr. Ertik became the CFO and Board Member of Azersun Holding in 2019.
