Bizim Toptan Joins Forces With g2m, Out-of-Home Consumption Leader

Yıldız Holding affiliate Bizim Toptan joined forces with g2m, the Holding’s affiliate operating in the Out-of-Home Consumption industry. Bizim Toptan reinforced its leading position in the industry by incorporating g2m with its over 40 years of nationwide experience in distribution and logistics operations. 

Bizim Toptan, a Yıldız Holding affiliate, took over g2m, the Holding’s leading company in the OOH (Out-of-Home) Consumption industry. Having taken over 100 percent of Yıldız Holding’s shares in g2m (that is, 90 percent of all g2m shares) in return for shares, Bizim Toptan thus increased its paid-in capital from TRY 60 million to TRY 80 million 476 thousand 074.

This step will enable g2m, which had been running distribution and logistics operations across Türkiye to serve professional kitchens and businesses with an experience of over 40 years, to continue its operations with increased strength. The company will maintain its legal entity as it is.
