Bizim Toptan Increased Sales Revenues to 1.2 Billion in the First Quarter

While increasing its sales revenues to TL 1.2 billion in the first quarter of 2020, Bizim Toptan also broke its own record by earning TL 148 million revenue through its business partnership supply system SEÇ Market.

The company has recently announced its financial statement for the first quarter of 2020. While taking the required precautions for the health and safety of its employees and customers against the global COVID-19 pandemic, Bizim Toptan has also managed to ensure uninterrupted reach to all products and most importantly to basic necessities. Thanks to its fundamental service strategy, Bizim Toptan completed the first quarter in accordance with its financial plans.
According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) for the first quarter of 2020, Bizim Toptan increased its sales revenues 15 percent compared to the first quarter of 2019 and earned TL 1.2 billion. With an organized and multi-channel sales management strategy, Bizim Toptan raised its main category sales (tobacco and sugar products excluded) by 28 percent. Gross profit increased 11 percent year-on-year to reach TL 131 million. TL 52 million EBITDA maintained its robust new normal level. Net profitability of the company was managed in accordance with the plans made at the beginning of the year despite the impact of COVID-19 and has been recorded as TL 3.8 million. The major drive in continuing sustainable and progressive growth in the first quarter of 2020 has been Bizim Toptan’s new customer and sales channel development strategy.
