Applications are now open for the 2026 term of JOB Young Talent, Yıldız Holding’s internship program offering undergraduate and graduate students opportunities for professional development and experience. Now in its 15th year, the program is open to third- and fourth-year university students as well as graduate students, who can apply until February 22, 2026.
Applications are now open for the 2026 term of JOB Young Talent, which has offered students professional experience through internships within Yıldız Holding for the past 15 years. Third- and fourth-year university students and graduate students will be able to apply for the internship program until February 22, 2026.
One of the longest-standing internship programs in the business world, JOB Young Talent has provided project-based internship opportunities to more than 1,400 students to date and received approximately 20,000 applications in 2025. Aiming to help students make the best possible start to their careers in line with their competencies, the program has also received an award in the Talent Acquisition category of the Brandon Hall Awards, which recognize excellence in learning, talent, and human resources globally.
Structured with a dedicated focus on internships as of 2026, candidates accepted into the program will have the opportunity to gain professional experience at Yıldız Holding and across its companies and leading brands operating in various sectors, primarily food and retail. With its strong global brands and extensive business lines across areas such as food, retail, marketing, production, R&D, supply chain, and digitalization, Yıldız Holding provides JOB Young Talent participants with multifaceted, world-class learning and development opportunities.
Assessment Process Moves to an AI-Powered, Data-Driven Model
To further elevate the candidate experience, this year JOB Young Talent is integrating innovative technologies into its assessment process and introducing AI-powered interviews at specific stages of the process. The initiative aims to create a more inclusive, agile, and data-driven assessment process, while enabling candidates’ potential to be understood more effectively and matched with the most suitable roles.
