Contestants Received Support from Brand Teams During the Process

The number of applications for the ‘bizz@campus’ competition increased by 10% this year, with students interested in marketing and those wishing to gain experience before their professional careers. The competition process, which started on February 14 with 1108 teams, provided detailed information about Ülker Caramio to the teams that advanced to the next stages. Through two-phase case studies, the teams submitted their projects, and the brand team evaluated the proposals, selecting the top 50 teams. Subsequently, these teams received a second case study. On April 9, the Ülker Brand and Finance team held a

"Brand Story & P&L Training" webinar for the first 50 teams. In the following stages, the top 10 teams received a “Presentation Techniques Training” on April 28. Throughout the competition, marketing and human resources teams appointed consultants to assist the teams, supporting them in preparing their project presentations.
