According to the Generation Equality: 2026 Financial Commitments Analysis Report published by UN Women, in which we are the only holding company from Türkiye included, Yıldız Holding was recognized as one of the three leading private-sector organizations globally in terms of the scale and impact of its commitments to equal opportunity.

Through our holistic equality strategy and the initiatives we have implemented under the Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform, we increased the share of women employees to 52% in 2025 and became the first holding company in the food and retail sector to receive the international EQUAL SALARY Certificate. In addition, through our investments in women’s entrepreneurship and sustainable agriculture projects, we generated direct economic value.
