Our General Manager of Food Safety & Defense at Yıldız Holding, Rohaizad Hassan, participated as a speaker in the “Halal Industry Dialogue” session held as part of the 4th European Halal Congress 2026 in Sarajevo. Hassan shared Yıldız Holding’s experience and perspectives on the implementation of halal requirements in global food manufacturing, while also presenting the work and practices of our Food Safety Board across key areas such as food safety, quality, supply chain integrity and consumer trust to industry representatives.
